The Breaking Hundred Fellowship – Cohort 2

Breaking Barriers, Building Legacy: The C-Suite Accelerator for Ethnic Minority Women

The Leadership Academy for ethnic minority women provides an inclusive and accredited program that prepares participants to become resilient and purpose-driven leaders. Our curriculum integrates personal development, emotional resilience, and strategic leadership, ensuring that women from minority backgrounds are equipped with the necessary skills to make a system-wide impact. Interactive sessions, mentorship, and real-world case studies empower participants to navigate challenges confidently. This program is designed to foster an environment where women can thrive and lead authentically.

The Academy is currently only open to individuals who have attended the retreat. The next cohort begins August 2025.
