Attending the 100 Breakers academy sessions in 2023 was truly life changing. The inspiring sessions, led by Funmi and other accomplished female guest speakers, encouraged me to aim higher and visualise a career earning £100k and beyond. One of my biggest takeaways was learning from the guest speakers’ stories and applying the tools they shared to overcome my lack of confidence.

Since participating in the mentoring program, I’ve become more intentional about advancing my career. Most importantly, I’ve built a strong network of incredible women from my cohort who feel like sisters, providing unwavering support and invaluable insights.

Overall, the Academy was a transformative experience for both my personal and professional growth!

Breaking the £100k earning barrier was an impossible dream until I went through a 12 month coaching with Funmi.

She is incredibly experienced and shares all she knows with a passion to help others.

I was able to make career moves that levelled me up.

Game changer!

I’m a solicitor in the financial services sector and run a successful skincare business as well. I have had the privilege of being mentored by Funmi Onamusi as a business coach and also participating in the first Breaking 100 cohort.

I found her training, coaching and mentorship invaluable in my business growth and also in leveraging my career goals. A lot of clarity on my next steps and even thought processes.

The value of what she offers would be worth thousands of pounds elsewhere but she does it for next to nothing with priceless tools. I greatly benefited from my time in the 1st breaking 100 cohort.

Anyone who desires a change or next level should not miss this

I am incredibly grateful for the motivation, push and new insights received through 100 breakers programme. It was a great experience and a worthwhile investment that significantly contributed to my personal and professional growth.

It also gave me a community of very supportive like like-minded professionals who continue to inspire one another. Every session was not only inspirational but very thought provoking, and with new insights/practical nuggets to reflect on after the sessions.

I highly recommend the programme and would like to say a massive thank you to Funmi for always taking the time to give back and for being a pillar for other women. Funmi’s encouragement and wisdom have been invaluable.
