WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE
This Fellowship combines strategic insight, high-level mentoring, deep reflection, and powerful community support. It’s not just about climbing higher, it’s about changing the game.
Quaterly 1:1 Executive Mentoring
Delegates are paired with senior C-suite leaders for personal guidance and challenge
Capstone Project
Address a real leadership challenge within your organisation, business or community and present it as your final piece of work.
Cohort Size
Intimate and intentional 10 participants only for deep learning, trust, and accountability.
Buddy System
Stay motivated with an accountability partner from your cohort.
10 Monthly Masterclass
Live, 2.5-hour virtual sessions held monthly (excluding April and December), featuring expert-led masterclasses followed by a 30-minute guided reflection using insights from Empower, Elevate, Excel
Three In-person Leadership Intensives
Kicking off in September with networking and goal-setting, refining executive presence in March, and concluding with an August showcase to peers and sponsors.
OUR JOURNEY TO EMPOWERMENT
All Group sessions are held over Zoom and run from 7:30am-9am on Saturday (UK Time). In Person Sessions(September, March and September) are all day on Friday.

Attending the 100 Breakers academy sessions in 2023 was truly life changing.
